Overview
We wish your experience with purchasing from our shop to be enjoyable and to fulfill your expectations. Choose your artwork carefully. I strive to show my work in an honest setting, without digital enhancements or alteration. Before purchasing, if you would like to see some other view or detail of the work you are considering, do not hesitate to ask! Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the item was damaged in shipping, please forward at least two photos of the damaged work. Important! If the shipping container (box) is damaged, STOP and take a photo(s) of the damage to the box! Once done, continue to open the container. I try to package my work securely so minor shipping incidents do not affect the integrity of the work I’ve sent to you.
Returns
To complete your return, first contact me at bill@finelineart.net or you can use the contact form on the website. From there you’ll receive instructions on how to send your photos and how we’ll process your return.
There are certain situations where none or only partial refunds are granted:
- Obvious signs of use. If the art has been framed or hung using methods that permanently damage or mark it.
- Intentional or not intentional damage. Marks, paint, pencil or pen damage.
- Obvious signs of misuse.
- Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. At our discretion we will apply a refund to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days or you will receive a refund by check.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We may accept exchanges at our discretion for work of equal value.
Gifts
We cannot refund or exchange items that you have purchased for someone else as a gift.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you will be given the shipping address to send it to.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
