Figurative Art a portrait named “Looking Up”

This 12’x12″ painting of a young woman looking up to a camera has been sitting unfinished in my studio for some time. I finally had to finish it.. Painted on a hardwood panel, on a linen substrate, it will come signed with a COA. It is ready to frame with one of your choosing (not included).
