Liturgical Design

I work with parishes to update or add furnishings supporting their religious rites, or just updating the worship space. In many instances the parish has a vision but needs assistance putting it in perspective and ultimately constructing the improvement.

There are instances where architects and other consultants are needed and are brought in as part of the team, such as in a building expansion or other work as the local codes may require. I have worked with many architects over the years to complete these types of projects. At other times, the work is purely liturgical or design in nature, and other consultants are not needed.

My experience ranges from historical structures to modern worship spaces. a couple of projects completed in California include the renovation and updating of Sacred Heart Church and the construction of The Good Shepherd Catholic Church. Sacred Heart is a historic church in Sacramento. Good Shepherd Church was a modern Catholic facility which won several awards.

Below are some links to the work I have spoken about.
